chocolate enrobing machine is used to enrobe chocolate on surfaces of various kinds of foods, such as puffed foods, nuts, all kinds of fondant materials, spherical and abnormal candies, cakes, biscuits, egg rolls, pie and fruits etc.
It can enrobing chocolate on all sides of food or enrobing chocolate on bottom-side only.
Chocolate enrobing machine Effective working width from 200 to 2400mm, different models can be customized as specific requirements. Cooling tunnel is available.
Following machines can be attached on the chocolate enrobing machine for additional functions:
