5. Drive reducer box with oil immersed type lubricating to reduce noise keeps running stable .Adopt gimbal transmission and separated power.

6. Corrugating roller ,pressure roller and glue roller by pneumatic adjustment.

7. Cardboard transmit adopts vacuum suction method ,with wind control system to keep flute profiles stable of the lower-roller in the condition of running up.

8. Bearing of corrugated and pressure roller adopt high temperature lubricate grease.

9. Glue parts auto supply glue circularly .

10. the upper-lower corrugating roller are made of 48CrMo high quality alloy steel, after heater-treatment. The hardness HRC58°-60°,the surface be grinded.

11. The glue part surface are treated by special mesh snicked and chromeplated.
