Chinese factory storage racking cantilever rack system
Characteristics
Cantilever racking has two types, single sided cantilever and double sided cantilever. The load per arm ranges from 100kgs to 1000kgs or even more.
Cantilever rack has following characteristics.
1. Compared with pallet rack, cantilever rack is open faced, applicable to store items with long length or irregular shape, such as pipe, bar, profile, sofa, etc.
2. Strong loading capacity. The load per arm could be as high as 1000kgs or even more.
3. Improve warehouse utilization ratio and increase working efficiency.
4. It could work with wooden or steel shelf to store small items.
5. Dismantled structure. Easy to install and dismantle.
6. Arm upturn 2 to 4 degree, make sure when the rack are fully loaded, the far end position is higher than base.
7. Adjusting arm. Upright has holes, arms can be adjusted to suit different goods height.
Application
Cantilever rack is suitable for storing items with long length or irregular shape, such as pipe, bar, profile, sofa, etc. The rack is used in wood and furniture industry, machinery manufacturing industry, logistics center, electrical energy industry, etc.

What should I provide to get a detailed quote?

Situation 1: When you have detailed selective pallet racking drawing, provide us the drawing.
Situation 2: When you don’t have drawing, provide us following information:
2.1 Rack length, width, and height;
2.2 Max. load per arm or max. goods weight stored on arms;
2.3 Arm levels;
2.4 Quantity or warehouse size for storage rack (length, width and height);
2.5 Storage temperature.
Situation 3: When above 2 situation don’t suit you, it is also to get a detailed price. What you do is contact us.

Do you provide sample? Is it free or extra?

We provide sample parts free charged and you just need to pay the freight.

I’d like to visit you. Which city should I go?

We have office and factory in Nanjing. Before you come, we will help you book hotel when needed. When you arrive at the Nanjing International airport, we will pick you up and take to hotel or directly to factory. We have sales person and driver who will be with you during the visit. You don’t have to worry about the traffic matter.
