 Characteristics and application of highly transparent self adhesive silicone gel

The high transparency silicone gel is a low viscosity, transparent gel two component addition silicone product. It can be cured at room temperature or by heating. It has the characteristics that the higher the temperature, the faster the curing.

This product does not produce any by-products in curing reaction. It can be applied to the surface of PC (Poly-carbonate), PP, ABS, PVC and other materials and metals. It can produce flexible silicone rubber products such as invisible bra, shoulder pad, patch, anti-skid pad, etc. It can also be used as filling material for electronic and electrical components.

It can be used for a long time in the temperature range of - 50 C - 200 C and keep its soft and elastic properties. It has excellent electrical and chemical stability, water resistance, ozone resistance, climate aging resistance, non-corrosive, physiological inertia, non-toxic and odorless, low linear shrinkage and easy operation. It fully meets the requirements of EU ROHS Directive.

YPD was established in 2019. It has 3 companies,Shantou Hongcheng silicone manufactory, Dongguan Tengda silicone Technology Co.,Ltd & Dongguan Youpinda Technology co.,Ltd. The production base is located in Dongguan, Guangdong & a land area of 4580 square meter.

4. How to make the silicone mould to use longer time?

--The best way is:

1)Please choose the right liquid silicone according to your applications.

2)Don’t use too much oil in mold making, because it can make the silicone mould become soft.

3)Silicone mould can be used for a long time , it’s better to wait 2 hours after the mould completely cured

5. Why bubbles occurred after mixing the part A and part B ?

 --This is normal physical phenomenon. Because the silicone rubber is a liquid with viscous,it will produce some bubbles when mixing, so you'd better to use vacuum machine to remove the bubbles before pouring.
