We selected the first crop of wolfberry in Guazhou. The fresh fruit of Lycium barbarum is plump and bright in color. The dried fruit is large in size, soft in quality, thick in flesh and few in grain. It has the unique taste of wolfberry. Guazhou wolfberry contains Lycium barbarum polysaccharide ≥ 5.2g/100g, total sugar ≥ 58.2g/100g, lycopene ≥ 70.5mg/100g, vitamin C ≥ 20.5mg/100g, total flavone ≥ 0.10g/100g, protein ≥ 11.2g/100g, iron ≥ 5.0mg/100g, zinc ≥ 0.52mg/100g. The content of various amino acids is rich, and the total amount of amino acids is ≥ 6.6g/100g.
