• Shippment noted 1.wheels Will be shipped from Asia by DHL/EMS/TNT/FedEX/UPS.it will take 3 days to 7 days about business days to arrive normally.

  *All our rims been tested +30% strict than EN standard. Besides,

we are supporting to do UCI and other tests for your brands.

3. Does your factory offer customized paint and decal service?

  *Yes, we offer customized design and paint. Just let us know your idea or design/logo,

we have very professional designer to work with you.

And the pictures of the painted product will be sent for your confirmation before shipment.

4. How about your shipping? How many days I can get the packages after shipment?

  *By default, we ship all parcels with EMS air express.

  Carbon bicycle components are relatively large but lightweight, 

  so they are most cost effective with EMS air express. Generally, it takes 5 - 7 days to arrive once shipped.

 If you prefer other ways of shipping (such as DHL/TNT/UPS) or

your country is not included in EMS air express international line scope,

please contact us and we will find out a best delivery way for you.

5. Should we need to pay the high taxes?

   *Paying tax is the duty of every citizen, so buyers need to be responsible for the all of taxes in their countries. Due to the tax problem, buyers refuse to receive the goods, then buyers need to be responsible for freight fees .
6. Warranty and Return policy:

2 years exchange warranty for frame,1 year for carbon front fork,carbon seat post,carbon handlebar,carbon stem,carbon brake lever,carbon wheels and saddle.

This warranty does not cover:
 * Normal wear and tear, any damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, or stunt riding (veld bashing, riding down
