Q1: Can I make my own product? I need my own color, is that possible?
A: Yes, we can make the product if you offer us the product drawing, and color also can be customized as long as you can provide the Pantone color code. We accept all OEM&ODM orders.
Q2: Can I have a sample first?
A: Yes, sample can be provided as long as we have it in stock.
Q3: How do I know if your product is safe?
A: All of our product are using the BPA-free silicone, very safe to use it. For some food related
product, we use the food grade material to make sure a 100% safe for all consumers.
Q4: What is the lead time for my product?
A: For an existing product that we have in stock, basically the lead time is 5-8 days.
For a customized product, the lead time will be 4 weeks, because the mold building will cost about 3-4 weeks, and 1 week for sampling.
Q5: What is your payment terms?
A: Our payment term is T/T, 50% deposit with the PO, 50% after sample approval and before shipping.
For small amount, PayPal is also available.
