Silicone thermal conductive silicone grease
TM GREAS-100 is a thermal conductive silicone grease compound making organic silicone as the main raw material and adding excellent heat and thermal properties.It is applied to CPU or LED heat dissipation modules with high hea dissipation requirements. It can fill in the gap of the interface and increase the contact area of CPU or LED heat dissipation modules, thus reducing the thermal resistance.
