Introduction:

2500*2mm Cut to length line, it is used to make the steel coil level and cut to fixed length.
The unit adopts PLC control and all-digital DC motor speed control device, speed display device, touch screen parameter adjustment device, can achieve the whole linkage and self-locking, the device used a number of pneumatic, hydraulic system, can achieve local automatic control. The whole unit is simple to operate and easy to maintain.

1. Hydraulic loading coil car
The car can move levelly and vertically, which is convenient for putting the steel coils to the un-coiler.
It is driven vertically by hydraulic and the level movement is driven by electro motor.
It sets one hydraulic lifting oil cylinder, four balance guide pillars.
Function: It is used to lift up and down, move forward and back to make it easy to load the coils on decoiler. Hydraulic controls lifting, motor drives moving. The car is controlled on the auxiliary control panel. When the coil is on decoiler, the car will return back to the start position. It can also carry back the unfinished coils from decoiler.

2. Uncoiler
The hydraulic decoiler is made up of guiding rail base, the frame, bearing, discharging tray, hydraulic expansion mechanism and other components.
The two hydraulic cones both with hydraulic brake.

3. Pinching and leveling machine
Function: leveling the coil and feeding the coil to disc shear.
Equipment structure: be made up of vertical roller, leveling and pinching unit, reducer, clutch, universal shaft etc. two rollers pinching and five rollers leveling. Leveling rollers (upper two rollers and lower three rollers). Lift pinching rollers and leveling rollers hydraulicly. The lower pinching rollers and the lower leveling rollers are driven by reducer through gear box and universal shafts. Guiding and leveling the strip head. After the strip enters the disc shears, the clutch opens, the pinch roller lifts, and the strip is flattened. When the strip end nearly leaving the uncoiler, the leveling rollers drop down and level the strip.

4. Transmission table
Function: stock the coil and ensure the unit producing continuously.

Compose of the leveling machine body and the transmission device. The frame is welded structural material, sliding surface wear-resistant material; pinch roller and leveling roller are same. 10. Transmission roller table

13. Electrical system
The electric control system consists of distribution system, DC drive system, AC control system, pneumatic, hydraulic control system and so on.
The electric control system consists of an AC cabinet, a PLC cabinet, three sets of DC speed control device and three operation tables and so on. Touch screen digital operation, all digital DC speed control. High degree of automation, simple operation
