2. No need to clean. The unique hydrophobic mobility of silicone rubber material makes the contaminated insulator still have excellent hydrophobicity and extremely high pollution flashover voltage, which is especially suitable for lines that are difficult to operate and maintain.
3. No need to detect zero value.
4. Light weight. Not only the weight of the porcelain insulator string is 1/7-1/10, but the transportation and installation are extremely convenient. Therefore, it is especially suitable for the rapid repair of faulty lines in areas with difficult transportation conditions.

HTV injected weather sheds are well bonded on the housing which provide excellent insulation performance for the insulator.
Metal fittings are fixed to the fiber glass core, not the silicone housing for maximum mechanical strength

Housing is chemically bonded to the fiberglass core rod.
