Q1: What kind of molds do you make?
A1: Plastic injection mold and Aluminium-alloy Die casting mold.
Q2: Which type of data do you use (design drawings)?
A2: 2D: dxf, dwg, pdf (CAD) 3D: igs, stp, x_t (UG, VISI)
Q3: Can you provide the steel certificate and heat-treatment certificate?
A3: Yes.
Q4: Can you make the surface treatment?
A4: Yes. Polishing or texturing as usual.
Q5: How long is the lead-time per injection mold?
A5: It depends on the mould’s size and complexity. Normally, it would be 35 days-60 days.
Q6: Do you make spare parts for your customer?
A6: Yes, we will provide spare parts for the mold if needed or required by client.
Q7: How do you pack the china plastic moulds?
A7: First: Spray the surface of cavity and core with anti-rust agent.
Second: Cover the whole face of mould with plastic wrap.
Third: Put the mould with above two steps into a wooden box and fix it up.
Q8: what is the minimum & maximum demension mould you can make?
A8: Maximum 1.2MX1.5M. No minimum limited. Precision mould is our professional work.
