Q:How the hammer mill crusher machine working?
A:Materials feeding from the top of hopper through feeder, by feeding guide mechanism,material from the left or right into the grinding chamber, materials gradually crushed under the high-speed rotation of the hammer in beat and sieve plate friction, and discharge from outlet effect of the centrifugal force and air flow through the sieve .
Q:When i use the machine, which safety knowledge i need to know?
1.Hammer Mill is high speed devices, Prohibited in the shield is not installed, the switch interlock device is failure, service gate is damaged to start the motor and operate hammer mill.
2.After stopped the hammer mill , due to the high speed, the rotor components still has considerable inertia, At this time, prohibited to touch any moving parts before the rotor is not completely stopped, avoid to get hurt.
3.When feeding manual, forbid to reach into hopper when hammer mill is work.
4.The equipped distribution box and electromotor mentioned in the instructions should be grounded reliable.
5.Hammer is important part, Please use the accessories hammer supplied by our factory, Otherwise it will affect the dynamic balance precision and capacity, or even destroy the components
6.Hammer Mill workplace should be spacious and ventilative, with sufficient retreat space and with reliable fire fighting equipment.
