Main production process
The first stage
The entire roll of strip steel is pickled to remove rust and dirt to achieve a bright and clean surface.
The second stage
After pickling, it is cleaned in an ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or a mixed aqueous solution of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride, and then sent to a hot dip plating tank for hot-dip galvanizing.
The third stage
After the strip is galvanized, it will be loaded into the warehouse. The galvanized layer can be based on customer requirements, generally not less than 500g/square meter, and any sample must not be less than 480g/square meter.
