High temperature alloy refers to as the base, iron, nickel and cobalt in the high temperature of 600 ℃ above
and must stress long-term work under the action of metal materials;It has high temperature strength, good
oxidation and corrosion resistance, good fatigue and fracture toughness.High temperature alloy is a single
austenite structure, which has good stability and reliability of organization and use at various temperatures.
Based on the above properties, high temperature alloy has a high degree of alloying, also known as
"superalloy", it is an important material widely used in aviation, aerospace, petroleum, chemical industry
and ships.According to the matrix elements, high temperature alloys are divided into iron base, nickel base,
cobalt base and other high temperature alloys.High temperature iron base alloy using temperature generally
can reach 750 ~ 750 ℃, the heat-resistant parts for use at higher temperatures, is adopted and refractory
metal nickel based alloy.Nickel-based high temperature alloys play an important role in the whole field of
high temperature alloys. They are widely used in the manufacture of aerospace jet engines and hot end
components of various industrial gas turbines.If lasting strength 150 mpa - 100 - h as standard, and the
nickel alloy are > 1100 ℃, the highest temperature and nickel alloy is about 950 ℃, the iron base alloy
< 850 ℃, the nickel base alloy correspondingly higher than 150 ℃ to 250 ℃.So people call nickel alloy
the heart of the engine.Nickel alloys now account for half of the total weight of advanced engines, not only
for turbine blades and combustion Chambers, but also for turbine disks and even for subsequent compressor
blades.Compared with ferroalloy, nickel alloy has the advantages of high working temperature, stable
structure, less harmful phase and high corrosion resistance to oxidation.Compared with cobalt alloy, nickel
alloy can work under high temperature and stress, especially in the case of moving blade.

NO.2D
Cold-rolled, an nealed and pick led with out skinpassing the dull prod ucts can be used as auto mo bile parts, building materrials and pipings.
NO.2B
The surface brightness and flatness of NO.2B is better than NO.2D. Then through a special 
surfacetreament to improve its mechamical properties, N02B could nearly satisfy com pre hen sive uses.
NO.3
Polished with abra sive belt of grit #100#120,have bet ter bright ness with dis con tin u ous coarse stria, used as in ner and exter nal or na ments for building, elec tri cal ap pli anc es and kitchen uten sils etc.
NO.4
Polished with abrasive belt of grit #150#180, have better brightness with discontinuous coarse stria, but thinner than NO.3, are used as bathtud buildinginner and external ornaments electrical appliances, kitchen utensils and food processing equipment etc.
HL
Polished with abrasive belt of grit #150-320 on the No.4 finish and has continuous streaks, 
mainly used as building ornaments, elevators, door of building, frontal plate etc.
