Specifications for air conveyor

It is mainly applied in transportation of PET beverage empty bottles from bottle blowing machine to liquid filling machine.

1 The duct frame is made of 2.0mm thick 304 stainless steel plate with bending and welding;

2 The wind blowing port is made of 1.5mm thick stainless steel 304 plate. It uses standard steel stamping molding and then bending and welding.

3 The strip for clamping bottles is made of 3 million polymer PE material which has anti-friction, self lubricating and other excellent performance. The standard model is W81;

4 The buckle of the strip for clamping bottles is made of 2.0mm thick 304 stainless steel plate. It uses standard steel stamping molding. The hole for fastening screws adopts elliptical design to facilitate the adjustment of different sizes of bottles;

5 The stand of guardrail of bottles is made of 2.0mm thick 304 stainless steel plate, equipping with photoelectric bracket B (model K-808) to facilitate the adjustment of the different sizes of bottles.

6 The guardrail of bottles uses standard aluminum alloy with PE material sheath.The standard model is M-746;

7 The stand uses side support frame (model Z-838) with a 50.8mm in diameter and 1.5mm  in thickness circular tube. The lower part uses two feet and a half bracket (model Z-835);

8 The fan uses centrifugal fan (model Y90L-2) equipping with tmedium efficiency filter to ensure that the bottle mouth is clean;
