How long will it take to receive the parcel?
The parcel will be sent upon we verified your payment transaction. Sometimes the delivery would be delayed by the shortage of IC / chips. We cannot control shipment carrier times or delays. Can you inform us your guarantee terms and RMA/defective(s) procedure?
SemsoTai branded rams have 1 year warranty, which is also clearly marked on the PI. We make sure all the rams fully tested before shipment, been trying our best to keep the RMA / defective rate less than 2~3%.
We will accept returns and exchanges on defective merchandise within 1 year. Returns must include all items in original condition with packaging. We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 1 year of the order date.
All returns and exchanges must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number). To obtain one, please contact us. If you received a defective, wrong or broken item please feel free to contact us immediately with all items and packaging intact. Photos will be required. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, unless otherwise noted.
We will take partial responsibility for the shipping cost.
