Dore furnace introduction:
Dore Furnace is for blowing the Noble Lead and producing alloy of gold and silver. Each silver furnace can deal with about 11 tons noble lead. The duration is 72~84h. The internal operation temperature is 1100~1250℃. The power of motor is 15kw. Silver furnace is using the mechanical rotation, intermittent operation start. Because the rotation of speed will affect the stability of the body, the rate is set to 0.5r/min through our experience.
For reducing heat stress of gear ring, we decide to set the rotation of gear ring at a low temperature section. For decreasing equipment amount of finish, we combine the main gear ring and the rolling ring and deduct the diameter of gear ring. The duration is 12 hours. The slag is around 700~900°C in heating phase. The maximum temperature will be 1250°C. Noble lead furnace is using the mechanical rotation, intermittent operation start. Through designing and calculating while referring to the field production experience, the rotational speed will be set at 0.5~0.6r/min to satisfy furnace body rotating smoothly and safety.
Combining the heavy gear ring, riding wheel and catch wheel into a unit, while designing the riding wheel like a catch wheel composition with flange, this is much simple and practical. This structure (gear ring gear wheel) significant reduces the furnace body heated, the two-stage accumulated elongation and the thermal expansion effect in metal fatigue; meanwhile it increases the use life of gear ring and makes the transportation stable.
