1: Can we get a sample before place order? How about the sample fee and sample time? A1: Yes. 3 piece free sample can be provided
to show our sincerity, customer only need to pay the freight. Sampling time is about 3-5 days. Q2: How to install the stone panel?
What is the Breakage rate? A2: Installation guideline illustration as attached in page, we suggest to use special adhesive and
grout material. We usually suggest 10% of Breakage rate. Q3: Can you make our design and provide sample? Yes. We do OEM and OBM,
provide sample freely. Q4: Can we visit your factory? A4: Yes, your visit are warmly welcome anytime. Q5: What’s your MOQ? Can we
start with a smaller order? A5: Our MOQ normally is 50 square meters, please contact us for packing details. Q6: Will the goods be
packing well before transportation? What if the goods are broken during transportation? A6: The goods will be protected well and
packed in standard export carton, lay in wood pallet and belt hard. Broken during transportation rarely happen, if it happen, our
after-sales service team will sort out the reasons and make sure you’ll be properly compensated. Q7: How you control the quality?
A7: We do whole processing quality control, QC will work through all processing as raw material, production and packing &
stocking, we do our best to delivery perfect goods to customers.
