Maximum size for PCB we can do for SMT is:

LED: Nichia, Osram or Everlight
Lens: PC or PMMA
Housing: ADC12, SS316 or aluminum
Production equipment: SMT machine, reflow soldering and wave soldering
Test equipment: can do thermal cycle test, low and high temperature test or burn test
Moisture resistance: can apply silicone conformal coat front and back of PCBA, cover all leads (LEDs, capacitor, and resistors) by automaton or labor
