The general samples will be completed within 3-5 days.If new mold samples are needed, the time should be extended to 10-15 days depending on the complexity of the mold.
Q7. Is it possible to visit the production in the factory workshop?

Q8. How long will the bulk production take?
Depending on the size of the order, the normal delivery date is within 35 days after receipt of the order.
Q9. How does the company conduct product quality inspection?
The company has the whole process inspection from the raw material entering to the finished product output to ensure the product quality.After the completion of the bulk goods, the customer can also own or entrust a third party to the factory to inspect the goods, and then ship the goods after passing the inspection.
Q10. Is there any after-sales service?
Yes, if the quality problem is caused by our production or raw materials, we will replace or repair it within one year.In the case of damage caused by improper use or transportation, this shall not be the case.
