Furthermore, it is an induction heating machine tool outfitted hydraulic driving that mainly used for quenching, annealing and welding as well. With manual and automatic features, simple operation, easy to master.
Hardening machine tools are generally classified as standard and special, the traditional ways are mechanic, hydraulic and compound. The control parts adopt PC control system, ple CNC and PLC system. Structural features for induction hardening machine tool:

4.Above center lifted by electric motor, can be adjusted conviently though work piece length. To ensure the work piece rotate normainly, clamping units can be used.
5.In order to achieve the best quenching effect, to achieve the best quenching quality, rotation speed can be adjusted intuitively on digital operation panel and work pieces can be adjusted aplorly according to its size and quenching process.
6.Electrical components installed in control cabinets, electric control cabinets can be used to adjust the position according to the operator, makes the operation more handy, and electrical components from the machine can interfere with good stability, long service life.
7.Work piece rotation driven by Variable frequency DKM, speed adjustment range, adjustment intuitive, easy; and the drive motor is located above the quench position, can effectively prevent moisture quenching liquid splashes Ershi motor.
8.Quenched by spray cooling, machine tools left 300 mm below the high water tank, no need to reprovision tank, reducing installation effort.
