                  For PCB manufacturing, you just need to send us gerber files and your PCB requirement including PCB  material, board thickness, solder mask, silkscreen and surface finish.

                  For PCB assembly, you need to send us gerber files, bom list(bill of materials).

If PCB or PCB assembly  delivery is very urgent, you can choose to send by official DHL, FedEx or UPS etc..

Our PCB factory have about 80 workers, with 3000 square meters.
The SMT production line have 40 workers, with 1000 square meters.

4.How about your monthly production capacity?

For PCB, it is 6000 square meters, About 60% is 2 layer pcb and 40% is multilayer pcb board.

5.How about your lead time?

For single and double layer PCB, 24 hours for quick-turn service, normally 3-4 working days for sample order.
For mass production, normally 6-7 working days.
For 4 layer PCB, 48-72 hours for expedited service, 6-7 working days for sample order,7-8 days for mass production.
6.Which options you have for payment?

TT, paypal, Western Union, cash, Mastercard by alibaba, wechat, Alipay and so on.

7.How does your factory control quality?

a.For PCB board, our QC will check in each production process, E-test before finshed production, and FQA will double check before shipment.
Standard: IPC Class 2 for consumer electronics and industry.
IPC Class 3 for military project.

b.For PCBA, there are professional components and materials checking workers, they will check the incoming materials and parts. We have good SMT engineers to check your PCB files and make soldering programs.
Before mass production,our workers will solder first board by machine for checking each parts direction and location are correct. Also Our salesman will send the high resolution pictures to customer for confirmation.
Before shipment, Our QC need to check if PCB board appearance is clean and recheck components’ direction.
Besides, we can do PCB functioning test, IC program burning as customers’ needs to make sure every board are working well before shipping out. Sometimes we will do the test for working current and voltage. 
For PCB assembly, if all components are available in stock, PCBA samples can be sent within 24 hours for quick-turn( urgent) service.
Normally, The estimated delivery date based on the ordering time of all components and components quantity on the PCB boards, Our PCB assembly time around 3-7 days.
