About Products
Q: What products need injection molding?
A: Plastic products with injection heads require injection molding.
Q: I have samples, Can you make the mold by our sample?
A: Of course, We can make exactly the same according to the sample. If there is a place to be modified, please let me know in
advance, we will help you change it.
Q: I don't have a sample, but there are drawings, can you make it?
A: Yes, I am responsible for helping you to make the product out of shape.
Q: Can my plastic products want to be bronzing or printing and another post-processing?
A: Plastic post-processing includes: plastic surface printing, painting, bronzing, gold-plated silver, ultrasonic, coding,
engraving, indentation, co-molding, thermal transfer, plastic special anti-counterfeiting technology, etc. Our many years of
experience can guarantee customers' product quality.
Q: How you do quality control?
A:1). Materials inspection by IQC;
2). The first sample inspected by QC, QC will do over a check as per the parameters list and critical dimensions requested by customers, to decide if it can go-ahead for production;
3). During processing, our IPQC will check the injection molded parts every 2 hours, ensure no rejects;
4). FQC will check the products before sending to the warehouse;
5). 100% inspected by OQC before shipping out.
Q: Can it be produced by the SGS of the ROHS standard?
A: Our factory is formal if you promise, I will fulfill my duties!

About Shipping
Q: What are your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in wooden case or as per required. Mould surface will be painted. Use anti-rust oil inside the
mold, plastic film outside, and use standard export wooden case for seaworthy shipping. If you have a legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q: How to pack the molds and products?
A: 1). For molds, we will be coated one-layer anti-rust oil first, and then also will be covered thin films on the mold, finally
pack into a fumigation wooden case.
2). For products, we will pack into standard export cartons or as per customer’s request to pack.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A:3-15 days for mold design, 15-60days for mold production after deposit payment, and mold design confirmed.
