Q: What is the MOQ?
A: The MOQ for our shower enclosures is 10 pieces and the MOQ for our bathtubs is 5 pieces. For the safety of your products during transit, we insist that the final quantity must fit into a 40hq container. You are welcome to mix our different products to reach the MOQ.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance against BL copy, or an irrevocable L/C at sight. In addition to this, DP & DA are still available, so please visit the Contact page for more information.
Q: How do you package your products?
A: We use durable packaging which is fully enclosed inside and gives excellent protection for our products. Adding pallets is optional, but we recommend this for easy loading and unloading. Additionally, wooden cases, wooden frames, corner protectors can also be added at your request.
Q: How long is your warranty?
A: Our warranty extends for 5 years. We also include an additional 3% of frequently used accessories, such as fixing kits and rollers.
Q: How quickly can you deliver?
A: You can expect to receive your products within 35 days of your deposit, depending on your order size.

A: We do offer high-quality samples with just a small cost for delivery.
