A2: Free Sample is available, but the sample freight should be covered by you.

A4: Standard MOQ for customized products is 3000pcs/model, standard MOQ for RTS products is 500pcs/model.

A5: We do 100% test our products at final testing, and we have 4 process inspectors to help control the quality.
Q6:What if there are some problems after I receive the goods?
A6: If there are some quality problems,we will new products 1:1, and send together with your next order.
Q7:What certification you have?
A7: We have got CE, ISO9001.
Q8:May I know more about the delivery?
A8: Normally 4~5weeks after receiving your deposit and package confirmed. But it needs to be negotiated according to order quantity and our production schedule.

A9: Standard warranty: 1 Year.

A10: 30% by T/T as deposit before production,70% by T/T as balance payment against production finished.
