Working Principle of FTL bucket elevator
*The hopper of FTL bucket elevator scooped up the material from the warehouse below. Lift to the top by conveyor belt or chain, turn down after bypassing the top wheel, and dump the material into the receiving tank by bucket elevator.
*The belt of belt driven bucket elevator is generally tape, and the tape is installed on the lower or upper drive drum and the upper and lower reversing roller.
*The bucket elevator driven by chain is generally equipped with two parallel transmission chains, with a pair of drive sprockets at the top or bottom, and a pair of steering sprockets at the bottom or top.
*Bucket hoists are generally equipped with enclosures to prevent dust from flying in the bucket hoist.
*Bucket elevator: suitable for lifting from low to high. After the material enters the hopper through the vibration table, the machine runs continuously and automatically carries it upward.
