2: What processes are included in forging production? The general forging production process consists of 7 links -1. Unload the round steel of appropriate specifications and use a circular saw to the required length.

-7. Heat treatment of forgings. Purpose of heat treatment: uniform structure, refine grain, reduce forging residual stress, adjust hardness, improve machining performance, prepare for final heat treatment, commonly used heat treatment methods: normalizing, annealing, etc.
3. How to maintain the scraper during use? -Check the casing and bottom of the scraper machine for leaks from the end of the day to the next day before starting the machine; check the various parts of the equipment once a day or a week, check whether the scraper chain is deformed or broken, and whether the cotter pin at the chain connection is present Fall off. -Regularly clean the windings on the head and tail rollers of the scraper. The conveying scraper in front of the scraper must be cleaned at least once a week. The conveying scraper after the scraper must be cleaned at least once a month. The scraper under the mixer must be cleaned at least once a month. Clean up the accumulation of materials once a week. The die life of screw press is slightly lower than that of mechanical press, and the die life of mechanical press can generally reach 10,000 to 25,000. The service life of connecting rod mold is 15,000 to 25,000, the life of crankshaft mold is 8,500 to 18,000, the life of steering knuckle mold is 6,000 to 14,000, and the life of gear mold is 10,000 to 35,000. .
