Product Brief Introduction

Vertical carousel is  a three-dimensional warehouse which rotates in the vertical direction, and it is an automatic access container. Using the mechanical principle of chain drive, the gears and transmission chains are driven by motors and reducers, thus driving each hopper to achieve rotary motion. This structure enables the rotary storehouse to be manufactured very high or completely.
Utilizing the height of the original house, making full use of the storage space, saving the area occupied and increasing the storage area; for the items placed in the highest place, no tools are needed, as long as the name of the item is input and the control key is pressed lightly, the system will take the box bucket as the address unit, automatically select the optimal path, so that the box bucket of the items placed can be quickly reached under the drive chain. With the delivery port and pick-up cart, you can easily take the goods away. At the same time, the computer system will record the name of the goods and the name of the pick-up person by swiping the card. This accurate, safe and efficient way of picking-up makes the management of the warehouse easier. The operation of the NC rotary warehouse adopts the simplest and most intuitive touch screen mode. At the same time, there are photoelectric protection devices to ensure personal safety.

* Warehouse Management System (WMS)

   - we can supply with the machine our internal developed WMS which is easy to be integrated with client ERP.

  - we will be responsible for the integration with client ERP system.

* Pick-to-light System: LED location display.

- It can be fitted to the machine which help to locate the materials/parts to be picked up or deposited by operators.

* For special requirement, it is possible to divide the carrier by using vertical or horizontal separators, to obtain suitable size of compartment.

Warranty and Spare Parts and After-sale Service: 

* One-year free warranty from the date when it’s installed & accepted by client.The replacement of those consumable spare parts due to wear and tear will be free of charge.

* Remote diagnosis is optional based on customer specification.

* When it’s out of warranty period, we will provide either paid all-inclusive service package or deliver the right service based on specific service needs (on-call service).

 * The charge on all-inclusive service package is 3.0% of the contracted machine value. Under this package, consumable spare parts are free of charge upon replacement; and customer is no need to pay any trip cost, such as transportation or accommodation. Meanwhile we will provide twice machine inspection and preventive maintenance with no charge each year.

 * The on-call service charge will be including trip and labor cost and accommodation and meal allowance based on actual expense.

* We will work with local partner to keep necessary spare parts and to respond to customers for technical support within 4 hours.
