Chem-Equip Pilot Reactor helps gather technical data between lab stage and industrial stage, including reaction rate, suitable temperature and pressure, proper kinetics, etc.
Our reactor can conduct a reaction under pressure inside its vessel. High pressure reactors are used in reactions included but are not limited to Hydrogenation, Polymerization, Synthesis, Catalytic, Petrochemical and so on. They are also used to perform research such as Upstream, Biomass, Biopolymer, Zeolite, etc.
Chem-Equip reactor is widely used in a big range, like Medical Industrial, Food Industrial, Chemical Industrial, Raw Material Industrial, Petroleum Industrial, Energy Industrial, New Material and Polymolecular Industrial.

Advantages of Chem-Equip Reactors

2. Closed vessel with static magnetic seal (or other sealing style for low pressure) can ensure both zero leakage and a safety operation.
3. Various Kettle Lid Instrument, to meet all kinds requests for easy operation. An Auto controller will achieve a continuous reaction as per request.
Tips: Pressure can speed up the desired reaction and only impacts decomposition when it involves the release of a gas or a reaction with a gas in the vessel. When the desired reaction is accelerated, competing reactions are minimized. Pressure generally enables faster reactions with cleaner reaction profiles.

Reactor Lid & Mixer & Lift Device
The reactor lid and reactor body are connected by bolts and nuts on flanges.
Various open lid ports give reactor useful functions for easy operation and multi-functional.
For removing lid easily, can equip either a simple lift rod with raising motor, or a pneumatic lift device for raising lid automatically.
Distillation Reactor System
With extra components, like horizontal condenser, vertical condenser, collecting tank, buffer tank, a distillation or esterification reaction can happen inside, a vacuum pump can help speed up the whole process.
Other Reactor System
Pump, Air-Compressor or other driver device make whole process to be continuous.
Some measure instrument and sensors can transfer reaction parameter to PID or PLC controller, for it to control whole process by Auto Valves (pneumatic or electric).
Packing & Delivery
Plastic film wrapping against moisture;
Steel frame or wood frame inside for necessary support;
Strong fixture against container for whole set equipment;
Fumigation free wood box for spare parts, no need extra inspection during custom.
