5.Features:

The devulcanizer adopts a new technology of devulcanization.Compared with traditional devulcanizing equipments,it is advanced in the following points.

 

1).The reclaim powder no need to be ground so fine and the devulcanizing time is shortened;Reclaim softener, reclaiming agents and rubber powder can be put together into the devulcanizer;To open and lock the devulcanizing vessel is automatized during the working process.

 

2).The devulcanizer is a horizontal pressurized vessel with mixing paddles fixed in it. The mixing shaft with paddles can rotate dockwise and anti-clockwise.The left and right rotating paddles push the materials in the vessel moving along the shaft to be well mixed and equally heated.

 

3).The devulcanizer employs a hydraulic system to open,close and lock up the feeding door and the discharging door.

  

4).For our oil heating form, the heating , tempreture are very equal on the surface of the main tank. we promise the point.
