  Machine is suitable for various materials roll to roll printing, like various paper, film(BOPP,PET,PE,OPP), Non woven fabric, woven bags,labels etc.

1. Machine is with PLC control and HMI, all working parameters can be preset and displayed on the control panel.Only need to set up data on the control panel, machine will work automatically.

2. China High Quality Flexographic Printing Machine is with automatic hydraulic lift up loading system for heavy material roll loading.

3. It is with 2 sets automatic tension controller to provide constant tension control. One for  for unwinding and one for rewinding part.

4. Machine is with 1 set 10kg/2 magnetic brake to help tension control in unwinding part.

5. China High Quality Flexographic Printing Machine is with photocell tracking system to keep accurate roll edge.

6. It is with 3’’ air expanding shaft for roll material loading. Also can provide as your request.

7. Machine is with automatic meter counter, which can count the working length. When reached the preset length, machine can stop automatically.

8. Low speed and full load startup; stable running by tension control when speed up or down, low noise.

A: Usually, our machines can be delivered within 30 working days.

Q: What’s the payment terms?

A: Usually, we do T/T with 30% deposit, and 70% balance paid before machine delivery. And L/C, western union, etc are also acceptable. Payment terms can be discussed with us.

Q: If come to visit, how can I go to your factory?

A: Welcome your visiting. We are in Ruian, Zhejiang Province, the transportation is convenient. It is about 30-40 min from airport to our factory, and 20min from the train station.
