Sleeve rotor pin type Sand Mill adopts modified pin grinding system, with the design of material discharging in front while
feeding at behind, avoid the problem of materials piled up at the outlet when grinding, the minimum size of the grinding medium can be 0.02 mm, it can improve the production efficiency and grinding capacity enormously, suitable for materials which are difficult to scattering. Fineness of products can be 200 Nano-meter.
High precision & large flow separator, inside of the sleeve rotor, nearly have no abrasion based on the principle of centrifugal force, thus it has long service life, and can meet the demand of grinding materials in large flow andrepeatedly .itsproduction capacity is 3~5 times than traditional sand mill.
Double end surface mechanical seal with cooling system, use the cooling liquid which can be dissolved with materials, avoid the contamination to the materials.
Good reproducibility, quality of products will not be affected by circular flow.
Complete security guard, PLC automatic control system is optional.
Wear-Resistant material such as Silicon carbide, silicon nitride, zirconium oxide, PU etc. which will be contacted with materials and can meet high quality demand.
