A1:We could send you the printer by sea shipping to your nearest sea            port, the shipping cost will be about 600 dollars.

Q2:How to install and use the printer?

A2:The installation of the printer is very simple, we have manual and videos to help you install and use the printer without any problem.When  you get the printer, we will create a group for after-service with  in chines technician to solve all your problems about install and use.

Q3:How to maintain the printer?

A3:We suggest you print with the printer once a day at least.If you won't use the printer more than 3 days, we recommend you clean the printhead and ink carton with cleaning liquid.

 

Q4:How long is the warranty period?

A4:We have one year of warranty for our printer, besides the printhead.

Q5:Which type of ink the printer use?

A5:It use UV ink, CMYK Whit 5 color in total.

Q6:What material does the UV printer can print?

A6:UV printer could print on almost all the hard flat material, even bottles like phone case, leather, wood, plastic, acrylic, pen, golf ball, metal, ceramics, glass ,shopping bag, key chain, power bank and so on.

Q7:Do I have to use UV coating before printing?

A7:You need coating when you print on material with smooth surface like metal, glass, acrylic and ceramics.

Q8:What's the print cost?

A8:The printing cost is about 0.5 dollar for 1 square meter.

 

Q9:Where could I buy the accessory and UV ink?

A9:We are a factory with 10 years of history, we could send you all the parts and inks by DHL or FedEx.
