Corundum wear-resistance castable is made from special grade corundum, alumina, etc. as the aggregate and segregation, added with bond, moderate heat resistance stainless steel fibre and some additive. It is of good anti-stripping and shock resistance, is the ideal wear-resistance material for circulating fluidized bedboiler.

high cold-hot strength, good wearing resistance, thermal vibration resistance, anti-stripping and good stability under high temperature.

Application:
Put proportional steel fibre and additive into corundum castable to produce steel fibre wear-resistance castable which is of good thermal stability and strong wear-resistance, used in heating furnace bed, steel spout, mouth of cement rotary kiln and other parts.
Customized castables and prefabs of this series castables can be processed according to customer’s drawings and requests.
