1. How long is the lead time and how do you deal with urgent order?
Generally 7days for 20MT, urgent order is 3 days.
2. What is your production capacity?
Glass beads capacity is 28,000-35,000/MT per year.
3. Can we print our logo on bag? What is the standard package and size?
If required printing on bag, the MOQ is 20MT.
20kg or 25kg paper bag, bag size 69.5x32.5x*8cm
1MT or 1.2MT per pallet, pallet size: 98x98x93cm
4. Can we get some sample for test? and how much it will cost?
Sample less than 5kg will be free of charge, we only charge the courier cost, please contact us to check the details.
5. Can we see inspection report of glass beads?
Quality dept. will inspect each batch before delivery, and we will provide COA for each order.
6. If the glass beads be coated or not?
According to your requirement, we provide 3 kinds of coating:
Waterproof coating (Silicon)
Adhesive coating (Silane)
