We are trying to quote you within 48 hours. However, it depends on product quantity and drawing complicating rate. If you are really very urgent, call us so that we will put it in priority.

4.      Will my drawings be safe after you get it?
Yes, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement.

5.      Do you provide samples ? 
Yes, in general, we offer samples firstly. After samples are approved, you can place a bulk order for us.

6.      If I have the sample, can you make it according to my sample?

Yes, please contact our sale person, and we will arrange to pick up. Tower can pay for the sample freight cost.

7.      Can I print my logo?

      Yes, it is available for logo printing.

8.      What is your material?

We can provide steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, etc.

9.      Which kind of service do you provide?

We provide custom laser cutting service, CNC machining service, welding service, stamping service, deep drawn service, CNC bending service, tube bending service, especially assembly service, etc.

10.  Are you trading company or manufacturer?

We are a specialized manufacturer.

11.  Do you have any parts in stock?

Sorry, all of metal parts are customized design products. We haven’t any parts in stock. We provide customized service only

12.  How to ensure every process’ quality?

We have all the process in house, such as laser cutting, cnc machining, robot welding, sheet metal bending, wire cutting, etc, which can make your finished products in house. Full quality control from raw material to finished product. 100% inspection with report before shipping.  

13.  How long is your delivery time?

Mostly depending on your quantity. Generally 30~45 days after payment received.

14.  What is your terms of payment?
Trade Assurance , TT is available.

For tooling and sample fee: 100% deposit; for bulk order: 30% deposit, the left 70% to be paid before shipment after approval of quality.

15.  How do you ship the goods to us?

We have the forwarder cooperated with us, and they can deliver the goods to your in a very short time with competitive price. You also can ship goods by your own agent as your convenience.

16.  What is your after-sale service?
Regardless of the ability of any machine shop, things can sometimes go wrong.

If your part isn't to spec, tell us problem details, so we will fix or remake it for free.
