2. Through the optimized design of the internal structure of the combustor, the air and gas can be combusted in stages in the combustion chamber. Reasonably organize the flow field of air and gas through the combustion head, and divide the combustion chamber into the main combustion zone (lean fuel) and the reburning reduction zone (rich fuel).
3. By controlling the airflow velocity at the outlet of the combustion head, the velocity difference between the inside and outside of the flame tube forms a partial recirculation of the flue gas at the outlet of the flame tube (the flue gas temperature is about 600℃, and the oxygen content is about 7%), reducing fuel and oxygen Concentration while absorbing the heat of the flame.
4. The excess air coefficient in the combustion zone is far greater than 1, making it deviate from the stoichiometric ratio toward the oxygen-rich and lean-fuel state, reducing the combustion temperature, and achieving the goal of controlling the amount of NOx generated.
