Introduction of the wood briquette machine:
This machine is the main equipment to make stick solid fuel with such wood materials as bits of wood ,rice shells or peanuts shell not contain any additives etc.The raw material (contain 8%-12%water ) dried by the dryer will be formed into fuel under high temperature and pressure.

The main parts of the wood briquette machine:
1. Forming of tube, special casting steel, inner barrel boron treatment,continuously use for more than 5 months.
2. Accessories,with a large factory of welding rod joint development of this special mechanism of carbon electrode welding process simple ,hardness up to more than 75 degrees ,and solved the crack resistance, don’t need preheat and weld directly.
3. Propeller,advanced design,high speed of producing rod ,high density,high resistance to wear,one welding time can work continuously for more than 30 hours.
The raw material and the product:
Almost any biomass can be briquetted,then carbonized Briquetting plants set so far are using Saw Dust, Bamboo dust, Bagasse, Cotton Stalk, Coffee husk, Groundnut Shell, Mustard Husk/Stalk, Pine Needles, Rice Husk, Sugar Mill Waste, Jute waste, Coir pith and other wastes & residues like Castor Shell, Red Gram Stalk, Tobacco stem, Tea Waste, Sander Dust, Tree Bark, Wild Grasses & Shrubs and Sander dust. can be also be briquetted individually or in combination without using any binder.

Wood Briquette Machine Usage:
1.This Wood Briquette Machine uses to make fuel briquette under high temperature and high pressure.
2.Briquettes can be used in boiler, heating& warming. After carbonization, the briquette will become charcoal, used in BBQ.
The whole line of making wood briquette charcoal
1.Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm).
2.Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%.
3.Put the material into feed let of briquette machine.
4.Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive.
5.Carbonized the briquette stick.
