HZS90 is Belt Conveyor type concrete batching plant with 90m3 productivity .
Contain : Aggregate Batching Machine , Concrete Mixer , Weighing System , Cement Silo , Screw Conveyor
and Control System .
Stationary Type Concrete Batching Plant : 25m3/h to 180m3/h
Mobile Type Concrete Batching Plant : 25m3/h to 75m3/h
HZS90 Concrete Mixing Plant Introduction
1. The host of the concrete mixing plant uses forced twin-horizontal shaft .
Application : Mix cement , sand , gravel for construction . To produce many kinds of high-quality concrete,
such as dry hard concrete , plastic concrete and other concrete .
2. Hopper , Belt or Separate metering methods can be used to measure aggregate through an electronic
weighing apparatus .The machine use lift hopper or belt conveyor to load the aggregate .
3. A weighing hopper is used to weigh cement , water and additives , to ensure the accuracy of measurement .
4. The main component parts use famous demestic brands .
