1.What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity) of your products ?

For customized bags with your own logo, usually our MOQ will be 500pcs mixed colors.

For stock, MOQ any quantity is ok and can mix style and color.

2.Can I get a sample first to check the quality ? How much does it charge ?

Yes, surely a sample can be sent to you to check the quality first.

There are two kinds of samples, 1) customized your logo sample, but high sample cost but takes 5-7 days. 2) stock bags, it cost little and deliver in 3 days.

All sample charge will be refunded when you place bulk order.

3.How long is the lead time for mass production ?

Normally it will take 25-35 days for new orders and 20-25 days for repeated orders after payment.

Quantity and Specification sometimes also affect the lead time.

4.What’s your payment terms ?

T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipping is the normal way.

Western Union, Paypal, Alibaba trade assurance, L/C at sight also acceptable.
