Q1: What is the Minimum Order Quantity?

      A:  Generally, the MOQ for each model is 100 pcs/size, the total order should be at least 1*40 feet container.               Anyway,you can check with us, maybe we can get the orders together in production, in this case, the lead                 time will be longer than usual. 

Q2: What is the Payment way for our order?

     A:  We usually accept T/T and L/C Payment term.

        1) T/T: you need to pay 30% deposit when you confirm the order, and after shipping, we will present you BL               copy, after  received your 70% balance payment, we will release the orginal documents to you by speed                   post such as DHL, TNT...or Tele Release the Bill of Lading. 

        2) L/C: in this way, we will charge extra USD 250 for the extra bank charge.

Q3: What is your best selling products?

      A: We have much experience in manufacturing wood pet products such as kennels, hutchs, chicken coops and              bird houses,we also manufacture wood garden products such as garden chairs and metal crates and pets.  

Q4: What is your quotation terms?

       A: Usually, we quote FOB Shanghai or FOB Ningbo price, if you need CIF quotation, we can add the sea                   freight and Insurance charge on our FOB price, Shanghai or Ningbo is one of the most biggest ports in                     Southeast China, so there  are  many internation Forwarders in our city, we can manage the shipping                         easily.  

Q5: What is the packing style? How do you print the shipping mark? Can we add a poster on the carton?

       A: Usually, we quote our products with Brown or White carton, and the products are knock-down packed, for             example, the kennel should be knocked down into several panels including front panel, back panel, left and               right side panels, roof panel and floor panel. Also we have placed a metalware bag and 1 page Assembly                 Instruction in the carton.

     Regarding the shipping mark, we will make a draft for customer confirm before mass production, so you          totally don't worry about the marks on the carton is not you want!

     Also you need 4-color printed carton, or add a poster on the brown carton, we can quote you the extra            charge, if you order quantity is not big, we suggest you use the inexpensive material, or the average cost for      this printing is very expensive. 

 Q6: What is your Major Market?

        A: Our current major market is in Australia, New Zealand. UK and other European countries.

 Q7: Do you accept ODM order?

        A: We are happy if you have your own design, we will develop the products for you.
