Bed Limiters are the important component of packing tower. Bed limiter plays the role of securing the packing layers within the tower,to keep the tower operates steady and normally. This bed limiter is normally recommended for metal and plastic random packing.

The primary function of bed limiters is to prevent expansion of the packed beds, as well as to maintain the bed top surface level. They also should prevent fluidization of the packed bed top surface. The bed limiter can be clamped on to a support ring or rests on the tower packing where no support ring is available.

Bed Limiters are widely used in Chemical industry, oil, fertilizer, coking, and manufacture of pharmaceuticals and so on.
