STEP 1:  SCREEN PRINTING PRODUCTION 

The screen printing working principle is the partter part on the printing board could be transmitted through the Anti-corrosion ink, the non-parttern part cannot. 

When printing, the ink is poured into one end of printing board, and a certain pressure is applied to the ink portion on the printing board by scraper, the same time scraper moving to the other side at a contant speed, during the moving period, the pattern part is squeezed on the surface of stainless steel surface(copper/Aluminium/brass or other metal material).

Upon operation, the non-pattern area is all covering by anti-corrosion ink, the pattern area is uncovered.

STEP 2: INK DRYING

Natural drying is also okay, while as drying time is too long,  if it is quantity production, drying machine is required. One protected lamination section could be adding in this machine, after etchign and stripping process, one protected layer could be laminated on the stainless steel surface for long time storage.

STEP 3: ETCHING MACHINE

The non-covered part is etching by etchant(Ferric chloride or copper chloride or HCL), the covering area is protected. Etching machine could be small or medium or large size, its depend on the production capacity in your planning.

STEP 4 FILM STRIPPING MACHINE

Removing the covering ink on the surface of stainless steel(or aluminium/copper/brass/Iron , etc metal) by Sodium hydroxide(NaOH).
