Q1. Can I get a sample before mass production?
A: Of course! Please kindly see the normal process as below while you will receive samples at each stage for approval.
i) We will make and provide blank dummy & digital proofs for approval upon receipt of PDF printing files. We
will start printing for bulk when receiving your approval.
ii) We will make pre-production (verification) samples with the printing sheets and send for approval. We will
start the assembly when we receive your approval.
iii) We will withdraw pre-shipment (advance) samples from the bulk and send for approval. We will arrange bulk shipment when we receive your approval.
Q2. How long can I get the sample?
A: After receiving the approval of quotation and detailed specification, we will arrange to make samples. The sample leadtime is 1-7 working days depends on respective binding. Please also reserve 3-5 days for courier dispatch.
Q3. How long is the mass production leadtime?
A: Usually 7-30 days depends on order quantity and binding. Rushing order is always available.
Q4. Do you have stock paper boxes for sale?
A: We don't have stock while all our products are produced according to customer's demands.
Q5. What is your minimum order quantity?
A: Generally our MOQ is 1 piece.
