A1: MOQ of regular products : 2 PCS ; MOQ of customized products : 300-500 PCS .
Q2: What OEM service you have ?
A2: For tv box/mini pc/projector , we can customize software (boot logo/boot animation/UI/Setting...) and hardware (logo on device/design of the device/packaging box/user manual);
For mini keyboard/remote control , we can customize logo on device , packaging box and user manual .
Q3: What's the warranty ?
A3: The warranty is 1 year . If any quality problems , you could send it back to us , we will send to you after our tech repair it .
Q4: Do your products have certificates ?
A4: Yes , sure . We have CE ,FCC , RoSH and test report for some products . If you request other certificates , we also can apply for the certificates afer book confirmation .
Q5: Shipping way and shipping time ?
A5: Shipping way : Express , Air/Train/Sea Transportation .
