WELDING TORCH
The torch is a new outdoor product, which belongs to a kind of outdoor cooking utensils. It is a kind of ignition heating tool derived from the existing butane gas tank. Structure
The handheld torch is divided into two main structures: a gas storage chamber and a surge chamber. The mid-to-high-end products also have an ignition structure.
Gas storage chamber: also known as a gas tank, with gas inside, generally butane as its composition, to deliver gas to the surge chamber structure of the tool.
Surge chamber: This structure is the main structure of the palm torch. The gas is sprayed out of the muzzle through a series of steps such as receiving gas from the gas storage chamber and then filtering and regulating the flow.
Working principle
Adjust the pressure and variable flow of the gas, spray it out of the muzzle and ignite it to form a high-temperature cylindrical flame for heating and welding, etc.

In terms of structure, there are two types of palm torches, one is the air box integrated palm torch, and the other is the air box separable torch head.
1) Air box integrated palm torch: easy to carry, generally smaller in size and lighter than the separate type.

Compared to welding torches and other tools that require pipeline transportation of gas, portable torches have the advantages of an integrated gas box and wireless portability. However, they are limited to the fact that portable torches rely on factors such as oxygen combustion in the air and gas pressure. The flame temperature of the gun generally does not exceed 1400 degrees.
