Cushion Acrylic for Sport Flooring: Volleyball/ Tennis/Multifunctional Sport Court

SSG Cushion is formulated from a combination of acrylic latex emulsions and specially graded rubber granules.

SSGCushion is applied to the asphalt or suitably prepared concrete prior to the application of the SSG Acrylic Color System.

Product Layers and Application Details

1. Base: Concrete/Asphalt 

   Concrete Requirements: be flat and reaching concrete strength standard (C25/4000PSI)

   Alsphalt Requirements: be flat and no oil; compaction density should be not less than 95%, Flatness tolerance ≤ 3mm measured by 3m straistraightedge. 

2. Bottom Sizing:Primer Application for Concrete Base
                Primer: acrylic latex emulsion with water 

       3. Second Sizing

                      Sealing Layer: ecomonic black acrylic polymer, filled with silica sand (#80) to provide a smooth                        seal over the substrate. Scrape for 2 to 3 times, sizing thickness of around 2mm.

        4.Third Sizing

                     Acrylic Wear Layer:acrylic latex emulsion with glue,sand (#120), andconcrete. Scape for 1 time.

      5.Top-coat Sizing

                  Two-Layer Top Paint: first layer acrylic paint filled with sand (#120); second layer acrylic paint.

     6. Line Drawing Paint

                   Mark out lines with white paint.
