Brief introduction of Charcoal Rod Briquetting Machine
1. Sawdust briquette equipment can make stick shape wood briquette of different diameter and different shape from sawdust or agriculture wastes.
2. This sawdust briquette equipment designed with automatic temperature control system, it can produce high density wood briquette from biomass, tree, bamboo, etc. The extruded briquette can be used as fuel for BBQ, domestic boiler, or industrial boiler.
Please note: during briquetting process, there will be some smoke from the sawdust briquette equipment that have to be expel to atmosphere, if your country need environment protection, we also can offer smoke removal.
Charcoal Rod Briquetting Machine When begin to work,the heating circle heat the machine,then coconut briqutte machine can press sawdust without any binder, sawdust pressed by high temperature and high pressure , then the screw press sawust forward,extrusion into a rod-shaped solid rod with center hole.
This machine is the main equipment to make stick solid fuel with such wood material as sawdust, rice shell,coffee husk,peanuts shell, bagasse,etc. The raw material dried by the dryer will be formed into fuel under high pressure and at high temperature.
Mould shape
In order to make different customer satisfied, our engineer make various mould, like cubic, cylinder, hexagonal.
Mould size
Final product diameter can be 50-80mm, length can be adjusted.
This is after carbonizing, it will become smokeless charcoal use for BBQ fuel.

Work Process
Work process of Charcoal Production Line
1. Crush the raw material into a powder with a size of 2-5mm.
2. Use rotary dryer to make material dry until the moisture is 8%-12%.
3. Use sawdust briquette equipment to moulding different shape and size of product.
4. After being pressed by the briquetting machine, it is finally placed in the carbonization furnace for carbonization it will become smokeless charcoal.
