Yes, it’s no problem for us to send the samples to you, the existing sample is free (but we will charge for custom designs)，If you have a discount of your FedEx, UPS, TNT or DHL account, we may ship samples with your account. If not, we may charge the shipping freight for samples and ship them by our discount account. It always takes about 3-7 days for shipping.
7.How long is the sample lead time?
The stock Samples would be sent immediately. If the sample is out of stock,it takes 5-10days to make new samples.
8. How long is the production lead time?
You may quote for the detailed turn around on different orders.
9.How many colors are available?
We accept customized colors according to Pantone matching system, will also provide stock colors for your reference.
10. What’s your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit against the copy of B/L. LC at signt and Trade Assurance are acceptable.
