Therere eight sizes, the width of a the conveyor is up to 1000mm;the maximum capacity of the conveyor is 520t/h;the maximum conveying distance of the conveyor is 100m. the temperature of materials can be up to 200℃.The maximum inclined angle of installation is 15º. The conveyor can be arranged to feed or discharge at one or more opening point.

The droop type driving end of this serial en masse conveyor will be used when the conveying distance is more than 45m.

The open chain drive is used between the driving shaft and the reducer, The drive arrangement of this serial en masse conveyor is equipped with Y series motor and ZQ or ZSY series reducer with hard tooth surface, or Y series motor and planetary cycloid reducer. When the power of motor is more than 45 kw, it is connected straightly between the output shaft of the reducer and the shaft of the driving end.
